Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh receives Queensland's Governor  Paul de Jersey in Hanoi on May 29, 2019

Thinh said Vietnam and Australia have great potential to boost cooperation and bring real-world benefits to their people. She expressed her belief that Queensland will become a leading force in boosting economic cooperation with Vietnam. The Vice President said she hopes Queensland will promote cooperative programs on education and training with Vietnam. Queensland’s Governor said Australia respected its ties with Vietnam and Queensland in particular will continue to deepen its cooperation in various fields including education, tourism energy and high tech with Vietnamese localities.
