Vietnam reports no additional cases of COVID-19 infection Monday morning

(VOVWORLD) -No more new COVID-19 infection cases were reported in Vietnam on Monday morning, said the Ministry of Health.

The total number of coronavirus infections in Vietnam remains 420, of whom 365 people have recovered and 276 are imported and were quarantined upon arrival. 55 patients are being treated at medical centers. Vietnam has not recorded deaths from COVID-19 epidemic.

Vietnam on Sunday confirmed two more locally transmitted coronavirus infections in two different localities in the central region. One of the two, a 17-year-old man, lives in Quang Phu Ward of Quang Ngai province. The other case is a 71-year-old woman who lives in Hai Chau district, Da Nang City.

Over the past three days, four coronavirus cases have been detected in the community in Vietnam, with three living in Da Nang and one in Quang Ngai. The source of infection remains unknown.
