Vietnam reports no new COVID-19 community infections for 19 days
(VOVWORLD) - For 19 consecutive days Vietnam has recorded no new infections of the novel coronavirus in the community, according to the Ministry of Health.
One infected person arrived in Vietnam during that period to raise the cases to 271, 221 of whom have fully recovered. 10 of the remaining cases have tested negative once, and 11 have tested negative twice.
Eleven recovered patients were discharged from the National Tropical Diseases Hospital on Tuesday morning. Two of them, patient 74 and patient 137, were relapsed patients.
