(VOVworld) - Foreign Ministry spokesman Le Hai Binh has responded to information about Chinese coast guard and military vessels having surrounded and threatened to use force against Vietnam’s Hai Dang 05 vessel. He told the press on Friday that Vietnam’s relevant agencies are verifying locations and area of the case and related issues to have appropriate diplomatic measure. Vietnam resolutely protested all act of force or threat to use force against Vietnamese boats and vessels. This is against international law and languages of the Declaration on Conducts of Parties in the East Sea, threatening peace and stability. It is unacceptable and inexcusable.
