Vietnam seals qualification for 2020 AFC U19 Championship
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s national U19 team secured a place at the 2020 AFC U19 Championship as one of the four best second-place teams in the qualification round.

After a goalless draw on Sunday in their Group J match at the 2020 AFC U19 Qualifiers in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnamese and Japanese squad each had seven points. Japan topped the group thanks to goal difference.
According to AFC regulations, the 11 first-place teams and the 4 best second-place teams will advance to the final round.
