Speaking in the ceremony on Saturday, Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam, Catherine Wong, said the center is expected to deliver comprehensive foundation for future cooperation with various Singaporean public and private partners. As the predecessor of the newly established Vietnam – Singapore Cooperation Center since 2002, the Vietnam Singapore Training Center has benefited more than 10,000 Vietnamese staff in training courses in language and communications skills, economic, trade and public administration.
