Moroccan Ambassador to Vietnam El Houcine Fardani, who is also Head of the Diplomatic Corps in Vietnam, expressed his delight at Vietnam’s economic development: “We’re very happy to notice that Vietnam is rapidly integrating in the glocal economy thanks to its economic reform that the Government has taken over the past 30 years. The signing of numerous trade agreements, the birth of the ASEAN community in 2015, and achievements in negotiations of the Trans-Pacific Partnership will help the country integrate more in the world.”
