Addressing the event, the Uruguay Foreign Minister Rodolfo Nin Novoa said that the two Governments have continuously fostered bilateral ties in all fields, while actively coordinating with and supporting each other at multilateral forums. The two sides have regularly exchanged all-level delegations to share experience and act together for common interests.  The diplomat also reaffirmed the Uruguay Government’s commitment to giving continued priority to the intensive and extensive development of ties with Vietnam.
