Vietnam welcomes 9.8 million foreign tourists in 7 months
(VOVWORLD) -The number of foreign tourists to Vietnam in the first seven months of this year is estimated at 9.8 million, up 7.9% year-on-year, according to a report by the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (GSO).

Vietnam aims to attract 18 million foreign tourists and 85 million domestic tourists in the whole year, earning total tourism revenue of 30 billion USD.
In 2018, the Vietnamese tourism sector enjoyed impressive results with a record 15.6 million international tourists and 80 million domestic travelers. Total revenue hit 26 billion USD.
