(VOVworld) – Vietnam will help all Japanese business delegations including small and medium sized enterprises learn about investment opportunities in Vietnam. Director Do Nhat Hoang of the Foreign Investment Department of Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment spoke at a reception in Hanoi yesterday for Hideaki Omura, Governor of Japan’s prefecture of Aichi, who is leading a Japanese business delegation to Vietnam. Hoang says 'The Ministry has been cooperating with relevant agencies to outline a series of policies to attract more Japanese investment in Vietnam. First, we will help current investors to operate more efficiently. Then more investment promotion activities will be held to help new investors access the Vietnamese market'.

Aichi Prefecture is one of the largest economic and industrial hubs in Japan’s central region. Some 100 enterprises from this region are already doing business in Vietnam.
