The annual event introduces high-quality Vietnamese goods to Cambodian consumers while fostering bilateral trade. The 5-day exhibition features 120 Vietnamese enterprises with 250 booths displaying Vietnamese products ranging from agriculture, to garments and plastics. Deputy Prime Minister Men Som An addressed the opening ceremony: ‘Cambodia-Vietnam trade relations have made remarkable progress. Vietnam’s investment in Cambodia has expanded to many areas, including agriculture, telecommunications, aviation, and banking. Vietnamese visitors to Cambodia always outnumber tourists from other countries and thousands of Cambodians come to Vietnam every day for sight-seeing, business, and medical treatment.

Vietnam is Cambodia’s second biggest trading partner after Thailand with last year’s turnover totaling 3.3 billion USD, up 17%.
