Vietnam have 1,258 points to be world No 94, marking their third time in a row on top of the region. They are followed by Thailand and the Philippines.
In Asia, Vietnam place 14th with Japan, Iran, and South Korea being the continental top three.
Belgium are the world's strongest team. France and Brazil are second and third, respectively.
