Vietnamese, Japanese localities encouraged to promote cooperation
(VOVWORLD) - Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh has urged Japan and Kanagawa prefecture to boost cooperation between the two countries, especially in the creative industries, agriculture, and education.

At a meeting with Kuroiwa Yuji, Governor of Kanagawa in Hanoi on Friday, Ms Thinh said Vietnam pledged to create favorable conditions for Japanese investors. She said she hoped Japan and Kanagawa in particular will facilitate Vietnamese people living and working there. Mr. Yuji said 26 enterprises accompanying him on this visit are seeking business opportunities in Vietnam.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung received the Japanese delegation.
