(VOVWORLD) - Party leader and President Nguyen Phu Trong on Saturday sent a congratulatory message to King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, on the occasion of Thailand's National Day (Dec. 5).
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also sent his words to congratulate Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also congratulated his Thai counterpart Don Pramudwinai on the occasion.
