Vietnamese leaders extend condolences on India tragic train crash

(VOVWORLD) -President Vo Van Thuong on Saturday sent his condolences to Indian President Droupadi Murmu; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extended his sympathy to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

On the same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son sent his condolences to Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.

A railway accident occurred on Friday in Odisha state, eastern India, killing at least 288 people and injured more than 850 as of Saturday.

This has been the deadliest railway accident in more than 20 years in India.
