Vietnamese swimmer wins gold on SEA Games Day 4

(VOVWORLD) - By 7PM Wednesday, Vietnamese athletes won 27 golds, 32 silvers, and 33 bronzes, ranking second in the medal tally on the fourth day of the ongoing 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games 2019 in the Philippines.

Swimmer Nguyen Huy Hoang snatched the gold medal in the men’s 400m freestyle event, clocking 49.08 seconds and setting a new record for the Games.

Weightlifters Tuan Anh and Thi Van secured two silver medals to add to the medal haul of the Vietnamese delegation on Wednesday.
