Vietnamese weightlifters wins 10 gold medals at World Cup Day 2
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese athletes won 10 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals at the ongoing 2020 Weightlifting World Cup in Rome, Italy, Wednesday, the second day of the tournament.

Hoang Thi Duyen won 3 gold, making her one of the world’s 8 best weightlifters in the 59kg for women.
On first day of the competition, Vietnamese athletes were successful at lightweight categories. Thach Kim Tuan clinched 3 gold medals in the men 61kg category. Nguyen Anh Tuan also won 3 gold medals in the 55kg for men. Khong My Phuong bagged 1 gold and 2 silver medals in the 45kg for women.
The 2020 Weightlifting World Cup in Rome kicked off on Monday and will be ongoing until Friday.
