Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai says the Vietnamese government always encourages and facilitates Israeli companies to do business in Vietnam. Hai was speaking at a business forum organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Israeli Embassy in Hanoi on Thursday. The forum is part of the visiting Israeli President Shimon Peres’s itineraries in Vietnam. The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that local companies will improve their business administration and competitiveness by applying high technology. President Peres expressed his impression on Vietnam’s vision and shared Israeli experiences in agriculture and high tech, seeking cooperation with Vietnam for mutual benefits.

At the forum, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC) signed a cooperative memorandum of understanding.
