(VOVworld) – 350 businesses have been honored in Vietnam for their strong labor policies. Topping the list are the Vietnam Rubber Group and the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group.
Tran Ngoc Dien, Deputy Editor-in-chief of the Labor and Society Magazine, which conducted the rating, said: “The purpose of our rating was to select the best employers in Vietnam. Our selection was based on the criteria of occupational safety, working environment, and policies on laborers. Businesses and society will be encouraged to care more about working people.”
This has been Vietnam’s first employer rating and it will be held every year.
