Vietnam’s total trade expected to exceed 700 billion USD by year-end
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s export value was 252 billion USD in the past 8 months, up 18% over the same period last year, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Vietnam saw a trade surplus of nearly 5.5 billion USD, compared to a trade deficit of 2.6 billion USD in the same period last year.
With the outstanding figures above, many experts predict the total export-import turnover this year will exceed 700 billion USD. This is an impressive result of constant efforts by businesses and the Government to overcome difficulties in trading activities.
