Vietnam-Singapore property projects unveiled

(VOVWORLD) - A joint venture between Singapore’s Mapletree Investments and Vietnam’s Saigon Co.op on Monday unveiled the design for its grade A twin office towers, V Plaza, and officially inaugurated the Oakwood Residence Saigon serviced apartment tower.

Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean and chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong attended the event.

V Plaza is set to be the largest office complex in District 7, highly touted to attract multinational and Vietnamese corporations in e-commerce, IT, banking and financial services, and manufacturing. The twin office towers, with 66,000sq.m of lettable area, will be completed in 2023.
