(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese auto-maker VinFast, a subsidiary of Vietnamese conglomerate VinGroup, announced on Tuesday that it will join the Montreal Electric Vehicle Show (MEVS 2023) due to take place from Friday to Sunday at Montreal Olympic Stadium in Canada.

VinFast is scheduled to introduce two key electric vehicle models VF8 and VF9 which have been on sale since 2022 and are to be delivered to customers in Canada this June.
Two versions of the VF8 and VF9 include the Eco and Plus. There will be two battery options for each version with different target range estimates per full charge (WLTP).
Nguyen Thi Van Anh, CEO of VinFast North America, said that with the goal of promoting the global electric vehicle revolution, VinFast is proud to feature at Canada's largest electric vehicle show.
Customers at the show will be able to enjoy a test drive of the VF8 for the first time, she said.
