(VOVworld) – The Youth Federation of Central Highlands provinces met  on Sunday to contribute their opinions to the 1992 Constitution revisions. The delegates proposed to keep Article 66 defining the rights and responsibilities of young people to promote their strength in national construction and defense.

Phan Van Mai, Secretary of the Youth Union and Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation, acknowledged the opinions and asked Youth Union officials to promote their leading role in renovating measures to approach, rally, and unite young people, especially those in ethnic minority groups and religious followers. The Vietnam Youth Federation held an exchange for 60 young ethnic people to share their aspirations and launch resolutions of the 10^th National Youth Union Congress and Youth Union branches to local units.
