Prime Minister Phuc addressed a ceremony organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Talent Support Fund in Hanoi on Sunday night. He said: “In the current period, the youth is the future master of the nation and a vanguard force in national construction and defense. Particularly, young talents are one of decisive factors for the success of national industrialization and modernization, international integration, and socialist construction. The outstanding young talent award is a noble distinction, which requires a constant process of hard work. I hope that young people will continue to study and follow Ho Chi Minh ideology, morality, and lifestyle, live responsibly for yourselves, families, and society, and deserve to be examples of the Vietnamese youth.”

On the same day, Ho Chi Minh city marked the 87^th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union by awarding 6 role models in youth movements.
