They are part of a chain of 32 minimarts to be launched in all districts throughout HCM City, in addition to six more in other provinces and cities across Vietnam.

The chain of minimarts is jointly operated by the Phu Nhuan Jewelry Company, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee’s Ho Chi Minh City chapter, and the Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association.

The minimarts will offer nearly 50 types of essential consumer goods including food, fruit, canned goods, and cakes.

The program is expected to help more than 25,000 households in need enjoy a happy Tet.
