In the Decree of Divorce (No. 18/2018/HNGD-ST) dated November 8, 2018, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

1. Marital relationship:  It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Le Quang Loc and Mrs. Tran Thi Khanh are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Right of appeal: Mr. Le Quang Loc has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mrs. Tran Thi Khanh to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 15 days after the decree is announced.
