(VOVWORLD) - The Binh Phuoc provincial People’s Court would like to inform Ms. LANCASTER MY ANH NICOLE on the divorce case filed by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thinh.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 04/2022/HNGĐ-ST dated March 31, 2022, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
Pursuant to: Article 28, 37, 39, 147, 227, 228, 266, 271, 464, 470, 474, 477, 478, and 479 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code; Article 56, 122, 123, and 127 of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Family; Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. LANCASTER MY ANH NICOLE and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thinh are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children and shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.
3. Right of appeal: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thinh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. Ms. LANCASTER MY ANH NICOLE has the right to file an appeal within one month after the decision is announced.
If Ms. LANCASTER MY ANH NICOLE chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Phuoc provincial People’s Court at No. 1568 Phu Rieng Do street, quarter 5, Tan Dong ward, Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc province. (Telephone: 02713865006). All related documents must be legalized.
If there is no response from Ms. LANCASTER MY ANH NICOLE after one month, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
