The first hearing will take place at 08:00 am, July 10, 2023.
A second hearing will be at 08:00 am, July 28, 2023.
Venue: Can Tho municipal People’s Court at 17A Nguyen Van Cu street, An Binh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city, Vietnam.
If there is no response from Mr. Harry Quoc Tu, the Can Tho municipal People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
