(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho municipal People’s Court would like to inform Ms. Bui Mai Khanh, about the ruling on the divorce case with Mr. Le Truong Tai, born in 1988.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 129/2021/HNGĐ-ST dated December 10, 2021, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
According to Article 28, 37, 227, and 479 of the Civil Procedure Code; Clause 1 of Article 51, Clause 1 of Article 56, Article 57, 121, 123, and 127 of the Law on Marriage and Family 2014; Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. Bui Mai Khanh and Mr. Le Truong Tai are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children, shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement. If disputes arise relating to these matters, the parties involved are entitled to file another lawsuit as stipulated by law.
3. Court fee: Mr. Le Truong Tai has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 000167 dated December 23, 2020 by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
4. Judicial entrustment fee: Mr. Le Truong Tai has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0005090 dated January 08, 2021 of the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
5. Mr. Le Truong Tai has already paid the judicial entrustment charge of 95 USD.
6. Mr. Le Truong Tai has already paid the notice posting fee of 2,000,000 VND.
Mr. Le Truong Tai has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Ms. Bui Mai Khanh to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
