(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho provincial People’s Court would like to inform Korean citizen Jeon Sinwoo, born in 1987, about the ruling on the divorce case with Vietnamese citizen Tran Thi Kieu Oanh, born in 1987.
Mr. Jeon Sinwoo’s most recently known address is 220 Kamman-tong, Nam-Ku, Busan city, Korea.
Mrs. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh lives at 1240/42, Thoi Hoa 2 area, Thoi Thuan ward, Thot Not district, Can Tho city, Vietnam.
In the Decree of Divorce (No.96/2018/HNGD-ST) dated September 12, 2018, the court’s judgments are stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh and Mr. Jeon Sinwoo are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Mrs. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Jeon Sinwoo to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
3. The Court also issued a ruling on the court fee.
