In the Decree of Divorce No. 24/2020/HNGĐ-ST, dated August 21, 2020, the court’s judgements were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Thomas Fredrick Ghering and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van shall pay a court fee of 300,000 VND, which was taken from the advance court fee she already paid as receipt No.0027420 dated July 17, 2019 at the Binh Thuan’s Department of Civil Judgment Execution.
Mr. Thomas Fredrick Ghering has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 30 days after the decree is announced.
