The Kon Tum provincial People’s Court will hold the first trial for the divorce case between Mrs. Le Thi Ai Kieu as the petitioner and Mr. Son Mai as the respondent at 8:00 (local time) on August 30, 2019. The venue for the trial will be the Kon Tum provincial People’s Court at 204, Tran Phu road, Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province, Vietnam.
A second trial will be held at 8:00 (local time) on September 30, 2019 at the same venue.
If Mr. Son Mai is unable to be present at the trial, the case will be addressed according to Vietnamese law.
