The court session will begin at 08.00 am (local time), on October 16, 2019, at the People's Court of Da Nang City at 374 Nui Thanh, Hoa Cuong ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
If Mr. Tran Tuan Lan is not able to attend the trial, the Court will handle the case in his absence as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
