From 2017 to 2022, Vietnam's e-commerce grew from 16% to 30%. The Southeast Asia Economic Report last year said Vietnam's Internet economy recorded the fastest growth in the region, earning 18 billion USD in 2021 and 23 billion USD in 2022, including 14 billion USD from e-commerce. Vietnam's Internet economy is forecast to reach 49 billion USD in 2025, including 32 billion USD from e-commerce.

Trinh Kim Thu, Director General of MD Queens Joint Stock Company, said: “To enhance efficiency of online sales, we organize intensive training and in-depth study of products and its uses. We have made timely changes to online business.”

At the conference, businesses discussed export opportunities in new markets, online shopping trends, and legal frameworks for e-commerce.
