They included the ceremony to handover of 33 offshore windfarm foundations of the Greater Changhua 2b&4 project (CHW2204) to Orsted (Denmark), the signing of agreements to manufacture and supply offshore wind farm foundations, and a launch ceremony of Baltica 02 offshore windfarm substations in the Baltic Sea.

In his addresses, Prime Minister Chinh expressed his hope that the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and the Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Joint Stock Corporation (PTSC) will achieve double-digit growth, 15-20% in the coming years, contributing to the national target growth of 8% in 2025.

PM Chinh asked Petrovietnam to finalize technology transfer and master the production of wind turbines and wind turbine blades.

Talking to investors, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that Vietnam will continue to improve its institutions and policies, revise the Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises and related decrees to facilitate businesses.
