(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh has asked Ha Giang province to maintain political security and social order and resolutely fight schemes to sabotage national unity.
Addressing the 2nd ethnic minority festival in the province on Wednesday, he asked the local Party committee and government to enhance communication to help ethnic minority people understand Party and state policies on ethnic minority affairs and to implement the Strategy on Ethnic Minority Affairs until 2020.
He also called for effective implementation of Party resolutions on education, training, science, technology, and culture in ethnic minority areas, improving people’s awareness and the quality of the labor force.
