(VOVworld) – The central province of Binh Thuan held a ceremony to pay tribute to war martyrs and heroes on Saturday to mark the 39th anniversary of its liberation.
Nearly 1,000 delegates lit 9,000 candles in honor of the martyrs, who laid down their lives for national independence. On this occasion, the province presented 11 gift packages to families of social beneficiaries and war martyrs.
