(VOVworld) – Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Nguyen Tien Minh and several embassy staff visited the Vietnam national under-23 football team at Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore to strengthen their motivation ahead of SEA Games 28. Minh met team captain Duong Vu Lam to discuss the team’s living conditions and practice schedule in Singapore. Minh also met with head coach Toshiya Miura.
Minh told a Vietnam News Agency reporter that the Vietnamese Embassy is available to assist the team during the Games, adding that the Vietnamese community in Singapore strongly supports for the team.
