(VOVworld) – An art performance took place in Hanoi on Thursday to celebrate the 70th anniversary of National Resistance Day on December 19^th.

National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue, and some senior government leaders attended the event.

The program recalled the fierce fighting spirit during 60 days and nights of the capital’s soldiers and people.

As part of the show, two reports were screened that featured images of the early days of the national resistance.
