Exhibit “Vietnam’s Truong Sa- Hoang Sa- historical evidence”

(VOVworld)- An exhibition on historical evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Truong Sa (Spratley) and Hoang Sa (Paracell) archipelagos opened in Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province on Sunday.

On display are nearly 100 maps and documents including those in Vietnamese, Chinese and French of the Vietnamese feudalism, the French regime in Indochina from the 17th to 20th century, royal documents of the Nguyen Dynasty as well as publications compiled in the West from the 18th to 19th and administrative documents of the Vietnamese Republic government from 1954 to 1975.

They all prove Vietnam’s sovereignty over these two archipelagoes. The exhibition helps uphold unity and sense of responsibility among Vietnamese people inside and outside the country.
