(VOVworld) – An annual tea festival promoting Dai Tu brand tea products opened Sunday at the Dai Tu district stadium in Thai Nguyen province.

The festival features 200 booths introducing tea products from trade villages, along with other specialties of Dai Tu district. The highlights of the event are a tea night and a “ golden hands of making tea” competition. Numerous cultural and arts activities will be held during the festival. Visitors to the festival will be introduced to the different steps of traditional tea processing:  drying, crushing and embalming tea.

The festival will run through January 27.
