General Phung Quang Thanh visits the Border Guard Command in Binh Dinh Province

The Defense Minister has asked the Military Command and Border Guard Command in Binh Dinh Province to uphold the tradition of cooperating with the local administration in economic development and defense enhancement. General Phung Quang Thanh made the request yesterday at a working session with leaders of Binh Dinh’s Military Command and Border Guard Command. He instructed local military forces to cooperate with Binh Dinh residents to defend national sovereignty on land and at sea as outlined in the program, “The public taking part in protecting maritime sovereignty and public order”. The same day, General Thanh  visited a new military seaport in Quy Nhon city.
