Regarding the judicial sector’s tasks in 2015, President Sang said:“Courts at various levels need to continue realizing the 2013 Constitution, the revised Law on People’s Courts and the National Assembly resolution focusing on 4 major solutions. First, it’s necessary to reform prosecution procedures at trials to ensure democracy, transparency and compliance with law. Second, the sector needs to reform and improve the quality of court staff. Third, it’s important to effectively review the outcomes of trials and ensure the uniformity of law. Fourth, the sector should reform judicial administrative procedures of People’s Courts at different levels. Most important is to deliver accurate verdicts and judgments to ensure justice for all”.
