(VOVworld) – Bounnhang Volachith, Laos’s Party General Secretary and President, visited HCM city on Tuesday.

At a reception, Dinh La Thang, Secretary of the municipal Party Committee, praised the growing cooperation and friendship between the two countries. He said HCM city values and looks forward to strengthening friendship and cooperation with Lao localities. The Lao Party leader and President said he believes relations between the two countries and between Lao localities and HCM city will continue to grow in the coming years.
