A navy delegation has visited and present gifts to soldiers stationed on Da Nam and Da Thi islands in the Truong Sa or Spratly archipelago on the occasion of the upcoming lunar New Year Festival (Tet). Nguyen Duc Vuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the naval force’s zone 4, praised the soldiers’ efforts to surmount all difficulties to protect national sovereignty: “We are very impressed by the determination and iron will of the Truong sa soldiers and people. They are united to fulfill the missions assigned by the Party and people.”
