(VOVworld) – Members of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Wednesday discussed legislation for next year and adjustments to the legislative agenda of the 13^th National Assembly. Most deputies agreed on the need to improve the quality of legislation in accordance with the constitution.The government suggested that in order to implement the 2013 Constitution, it’s necessary to include in this year’s legislative program draft laws concerning the apparatus and jurisdiction of relevant state agencies. Next year’s agenda will focus on the Constitution’s regulations on socialist-oriented market economy, human rights, citizen rights and duties. The same day, the deputies also gave opinions to the reception of citizens by NA agencies, NA delegations, People’s Councils at various levels to settle complaints and denunciations. They also commented on votes of confidence for those elected by the National Assembly and People's Councils.
