(VOVworld) – National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong has asked Bac Lieu provincial authorities to combine developing eco-tourism and aquaculture to generate jobs and improve living standards for the locals.

During a working visit to Bac Lieu on Sunday, Ms. Phong hailed the province’s development of wind power as well as several companies’ efforts to create jobs and contribute to local economic development. During her visit to the Vietnam-Australia Company and Bac Lieu Wind Power Facility, she urged the companies’ leaders to map out appropriate production policies to adapt to increasing climate change.
