(VOVworld) – Tay Ninh province organized a get-together for 50 overseas Vietnamese people on Friday who return to Vietnam to celebrate the new lunar year.
Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Thanh Ngoc informed them of the local socio-economic and defense situation.
He wished overseas Vietnamese people a happy and prosperous new year and they will contribute to national development.
Leaders of Ben Tre province also met with overseas Vietnamese on Friday. Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Huu Phuoc urged them to contribute resources and initiatives for provincial development and support people with disability.
