attended the 25th anniversary of Soc Trang province re-establishment
ceremony on Saturday.

He urged the province to boost its development through
regional connectivity: “The
province needs to review its growth plan with focused investment in infrastructure
projects with spin-off impacts to get more connectivity with the Mekong Delta.
Sustainable development plan in connection with Bac Lieu, Ca Mau and Kien Giang
provinces should be finalized shortly.”
The Prime Minister called for more plans to cope
with climate change and improve competitiveness and business support towards
more than 5,000 businesses by 2020.
