(VOVworld)-The Party and State will create the best possible conditions for young people to succeed and contribute to national construction and defence, said Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at a meeting with outstanding Vietnamese youths in Hanoi on Sunday.

Mr. Phuc underlined that tertiary education is not the sole key to success and people with disabilities should uphold the spirit of “down but not out”.  

“The title ‘Outstanding young people’ represents an honor and responsibility. You should be a role model for other people to follow, especially when are entering the 4^th industrial revolution”, Prime Minister Phuc stressed, adding that young people are a key force in Vietnam's startup ecology.
